I have been using Xpress Refrigerator’s services for over 15 years, and they have always provided excellent, reliable, and professional service. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and consistently delivers high-quality repairs and maintenance. They are honest, trustworthy, and always willing to help whenever needed. I highly recommend Xpress Refrigerator to anyone looking for dependable refrigeration services.
Avoid Xpress Refrigeration at all costs.
I hired them to convert my walk in chiller into a freezer unit, and it has been one of the biggest mistakes I've made. The installation was carried out to a very poor standard, and from day one I've had ongoing problems with the freezer unit.
Once they had been paid, they stopped providing any meaningful after sales support. I've called them countless times about the faults, but they simply don't answer or return my calls, leaving me to deal with the problems on my own.
I was also asked to make payment into a private bank account and to pay in cash, which made me very uncomfortable.
In the end, the installation was so poor that I had to pay another company to remove and completely redo the entire freezer conversion from scratch, costing me thousands more than it should have.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying away from this company. My experience was of poor workmanship, no accountability, and terrible customer service after payment.

Amazing service! Yousouf helped us at 9 in the evening and did a great job. He is absolutely reliable.
Really helpful and accommodating for special requests. Staff professional and responsive.
SCAMMERS…WE CALLED THIS COMPANY ( Xpress refrigeration ) 4 weeks ago they attended and demanded money first on the phone they quoted one price but on the invoice the price was higher they apologized..to protect our items out of desperationwe we transferred close to £1000 to Xpress bank account just to find the leaks and refilling gas ,, the engineer with his assistant DID NOT locate the leaks he just refilled the gas that’s why in 3/4 weeks the system was out of gas by this time the weather was extremely hot and our items are all perishable we called Xpress refrigeration again this time they said turn everything off and we will come after 2 days … £15k worth of fresh fish was in our cold store we had to call another company to help us.. we asked them again to come finish the job properly but they refused so now we have no option but to get in touch with trading standard and a suitable lawyer to get our loss back ….DONT TRUST Xpress refrigeration
We recently had air conditioning units installed by Express Refrigeration and were extremely pleased with the service from start to finish.
The team was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Their workmanship was of a very high standard, and they completed the installation efficiently while keeping everything clean and tidy.
Communication was excellent from the initial consultation through to completion, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. The finished installation looks great and is working perfectly.
We would highly recommend Express Refrigeration to anyone looking for reliable and professional air conditioning installation services. Thank you to the whole team for a job well done.

Very bad service. We paid them £800 to repair the freezer. A day after it was not reaching -18 and they asked us to wait for 48 hours and then no improvement. When called again, they want to charge us for the labour again when the initial job was unfinished. I advise not to reach out to this company. They are sweet when they need the job, once paid and if you have the same problem recurring, they take no accountability for their work. Avoid, avoid and avoid them by all means. To save yourself from unnecessary stress, AVOID them.

It was never about the food. We have discarded the food for your information. You have not mentioned any specific time of your visit and the power failure happened. You didnt bother to come back after the power is back.
In the first place when you filled the gas and done the pressure testing and asked us to wait for 2 days, we did. We have constantly shared the temperature recording, but of to no avail. You have come yesterday to tell us that the gas needs refilled and a pressure testing needs doing, which was done already in the first place. So doing it again doesnot make any sense. Now instead of replying to your failure, you are implying on our food. This is a distraction from the original problem.

Absulote dishonest service. They come repair and if it doesn't not function they like to charge you again instead of fixing their initial mess. And blames on the weather. I believe all the positive feedback for this company is fraud.
Do not trust this company. They do not take responsibility for their job.

We used Xpress Refrigeration to install an air conditioning unit in our living room. They were very fast and efficient in getting both the unit delivered, and a team of engineers out to fit it. Kevin and his colleague worked tirelessly on one of the hottest days of the year to get everything up and running for us. They've left everything looking very neat, and cleaned up after themselves before they left. Would recommend.
Really good service and the guys were very helpful specially in this weather when we’re struggling with our fridges.
Honestly the best service ever, so trust worthy and so reliable, said coming in 1 hour came in 50mins last minute call and saved the day. Will defo use them again thank you for a excellent service

Very good service..called them at 12 midnight..came straight away and sorted all the problem
Costs premium to call their number as it routes through to a business number. Even though it shows a mobile number.

Customer support was polite but not very helpful. I had to repeat my issue multiple times before it was addressed.
We had a problem with a commercial freezer for 2 years with visits from other refrigeration specialist every 3-6 months. We called Xpress and they were able to diagnose and rectify the issue with an afternoon. Very helpful, transparent and all round nice people to work with.
We had an issue with our cooler and Xpress Refrigeration really helped us at short notice to get our cooler up and running again. From the on set we found them to be extremely professional, helpful, speedy, arrived when they said they would, friendly, courteous and clearly demonstrated they were super knowledgeable. very Good customer service the best 👌 👍 in East London the price very good very polite very friendly and the best 👌 in his job always humble, good price very good in job.
Extremely unprofessional HVAC contractor. They overcharged and didn’t finish the job properly. I had to hire another company to fix it.
Xpress Refrigeration’s technician was unprepared and had no replacement parts. Promised to return but never did. My wine bar fridge still isn’t working. Would never use again.
They promised quick service but showed up three hours late. The HVAC repair didn’t last even a week. Very unreliable company.
Xpress Refrigeration did a sloppy job on my wine bar unit. Technician was rude and left a mess behind. Fridge stopped cooling properly within a week.
We ordered multiple refrigerators for our business, but Xpress Refrigeration delivered damaged units. Their technician never showed up for repairs despite several appointments.
Terrible service! Technician was rude and didn’t explain anything. Charged a lot but didn’t solve my heating problem. Very frustrating experience.
Very disappointed with their HVAC service. Technician arrived late and didn’t fix the issue properly. Poor communication and unprofessional attitude overall.
Xpress Refrigeration did a terrible job on our wine bar fridge. It stopped cooling the same night. Tried calling them back, but they never answered or returned messages.
Quick and always trustworthy. Using the services from ages. Always good response. Keep it up.
Xpress Refrigeration recently installed two air conditioning units for us, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the team was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable in their field. Their attention to detail and commitment to getting everything just right made the whole experience seamless. I genuinely can’t speak more highly of them, a fantastic company that delivers excellent results with a smile.
Amazing service. Spoke to Yusuf regarding installing a cold room for a butcher on Tuesday. Cold room was set up and running by Saturday. Very good service. Keep it up.
Yousef did a fantastic job with our kitchen fridges and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs assistance.
In the Caterıng business I have tried many Refrigeration services for the Freezer, but I never come across a person that is very very reliable. Very honest and the job is done very very professionally. I am grateful that such a person still exists. He was a long way away from my location he done 2 freezers for me. And how I wanted it. He kept on rechecking till he was satisfied.
Excellent service, my phone call was answered immediately and they understood the issue. Advising an engineer would be on route imminently.
The engineer was fast and knowledgeable understanding the fault quickly and able to explain in layman terms. He was able to troubleshoot the issue and had a wonderful professional manner as well as the correct equipment in his van to repair the problem.
